House Rules
Thank you for choosing to stay at our home! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
- Registered Guests Only
To comply with liability guidelines, only registered guests are permitted on the property. - Responsibility
The primary guest is responsible for sharing these house rules with all members of the group and ensuring they are followed. - Parking
Please park only on the driveway. Parking on the grass is not permitted. - Cooking
Remember to turn on the fan above the stove while cooking to maintain proper ventilation. - Dining Table
Please use the provided placemats to protect the surface of the dining table. - No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoke odors are extremely difficult to eliminate and often require replacing all the curtains to restore the space. If you smoke outside, please ensure the door is fully closed to prevent any smoke from entering the house. - Pets
Please ensure you clean up after your pet to maintain the cleanliness of the space. Pets are not allowed on the beds to prevent damage and minimize additional cleaning. We trust that your pet is well-behaved and ask that you take care to prevent any scratching or damage to the leather sofas. - Kayak & Canoe Use
If you’d like to use the kayak or canoe, please notify me in advance so I can provide the required waiver form. - Departure Checklist
Before you check out, we’d appreciate it if you could:- Load your dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it if possible.
- Tidy up any messes on the floors or counters and place trash in the kitchen garbage bin.
- Turn off all lights and appliances.
- Take the kitchen garbage bag to the outdoor bin.
- Need Assistance?
